What people ask us before starting
Where should I start?
If we haven't met yet, we recommend starting with the Starter. We run a full diagnosis and, from there, we point you to the plan that best fits your goals and your schedule.
What happens to the Starter cost if I then sign up for a pack?
The €250 of the Starter is fully credited toward any Motion pack. It's our way of removing friction on the first step: if you decide to keep going, that cost goes away.
What are the sessions like?
Each session lasts 1h30 and combines technical work, real-time data analysis and, depending on the plan, physical work. All guided by a coach who already knows your plan and your KPIs.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. If your level of commitment, your schedule or your goals change, we adjust the plan. What matters is that the program stays the right one for your moment.
What's included in the monthly KPI tracking?
Every month we review the key metrics together (TrackMan data, ground forces, ranges of motion, etc.) to compare real progress and adjust the plan if needed. No feelings — just evidence.
